The New York Yankees are off to a winning postseason roll when they defeated the Minnesota Twins in Game 1 of the American League Division Series --- courtesy of Jeter and CC Sabathia.

Carsten Charles "CC" Sabathia s an American Major League Baseball starting pitcher for the New York Yankees. His contract with the Yankees is said to be the richest contract for a pitcher in the history of baseball.
